Down the Rabbit Hole

STREAMERS - Why no one watches your content

Moorph Season 2 Episode 14

If you want to grow as a streamer or content creator, you have to get people to your platform and hope they like your content enough to follow you and come back for more. However, so many creators struggle here and it is usually due to one of these reasons:

  1. Lack of promotion: If you're not promoting your stream, it's unlikely that people will find it. Make sure to promote your stream on social media and other platforms.
  2. Inconsistent streaming schedule: Viewers like to know when they can expect to see you live, so it's important to have a consistent streaming schedule. Try to stream at the same time and day every week.
  3. Poor streaming quality: If your stream quality is low or constantly buffering, viewers are unlikely to stick around. Make sure you have a stable internet connection and use high-quality equipment.
  4. Not engaging with viewers: Viewers like to feel engaged with the streamer, so make sure to interact with your audience. Respond to comments and questions, and try to create a sense of community.
  5. Lack of uniqueness: There are many streamers on Twitch, so it's important to stand out. Try to offer something unique, whether it's your personality, your gameplay, or the content you produce.
  6. Lack of networking: Networking with other streamers and gaming communities can help you gain exposure and viewers. Collaborating with other streamers can also help you gain new followers.
